Behaviour Mentor - Westminster
Fusion Staffing is looking for a Behaviour Mentor for a sen school in Westminster. This long term opportunity is ideal for someone who wants a rewarding school role with supportive leadership, clear expectations and the chance to make a genuine difference from day one.
In this role, you will be supporting pupils who may have additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH or communication and interaction needs. The school is looking for someone reliable, proactive and professional who can settle quickly into school life and contribute positively to pupils, staff and the wider learning environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with pupils who need extra support.
- Help pupils regulate, re-engage with learning and make positive choices.
- Work with teachers and pastoral teams to follow behaviour and support plans.
- Record key observations and communicate clearly with school staff.
Ideal candidate:
You will ideally have experience supporting pupils with additional needs in a UK school setting, with a calm, consistent and patient approach. You should be available for long term work, bring a positive attitude and understand the importance of safeguarding, consistency and professional communication in school.

- Pay: £95 - £180 per day
