Behaviour Support Assistant - Immediate Interview – Kingston upon Thames
Fusion Staffing is recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant - Immediate Interview in Kingston upon Thames for a September start. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced education professional looking for a long-term role within a welcoming and supportive SEN school, specialist provision or mainstream school with additional needs support.
About the Role
The school is looking for a reliable, proactive and passionate candidate who can make a positive impact from day one. You will support pupils, work closely with teaching staff and help create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support teaching and learning across the school
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Help pupils stay engaged, confident and ready to learn
• Follow safeguarding, behaviour and school policies at all times
• Contribute to a calm, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience working in a UK school
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Passionate about supporting children and young people
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply
• Available Monday to Friday during term time
Salary / Pay
£95 - £120 per day
