SEN Teacher - City of London
Fusion Staffing is looking for a SEN Teacher for a sen school in City of London. This full time opportunity is ideal for someone who wants a rewarding school role with supportive leadership, clear expectations and the chance to make a genuine difference from day one.
In this role, you will be supporting pupils who may have additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH or communication and interaction needs. The school is looking for someone reliable, proactive and professional who can settle quickly into school life and contribute positively to pupils, staff and the wider learning environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of the class.
- Create a positive, well-organised learning environment with clear routines.
- Use assessment to support progress and adapt teaching where needed.
- Work closely with school leaders, support staff and parents where appropriate.
Ideal candidate:
You will ideally have experience supporting pupils with additional needs in a UK school setting, with a calm, consistent and patient approach. You should be available for full time work, bring a positive attitude and understand the importance of safeguarding, consistency and professional communication in school.
