SEN Teaching Assistant - Greenwich
Fusion Staffing is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant for a sen school in Greenwich. This permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who wants a rewarding school role with supportive leadership, clear expectations and the chance to make a genuine difference from day one.
In this role, you will be supporting pupils who may have additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH or communication and interaction needs. The school is looking for someone reliable, proactive and professional who can settle quickly into school life and contribute positively to pupils, staff and the wider learning environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Support pupils in class, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis where required.
- Help pupils access learning, stay focused and build confidence.
- Work alongside the class teacher to prepare resources and adapt activities.
- Promote positive behaviour, independence and inclusion throughout the day.
Ideal candidate:
You will ideally have experience supporting pupils with additional needs in a UK school setting, with a calm, consistent and patient approach. You should be available for permanent work, bring a positive attitude and understand the importance of safeguarding, consistency and professional communication in school.

- Pay: £95 - £180 per day
