Alan Hunsdale
Hi, I’m Alan, Operations manger at
Fusion Staffing. My career in recruitment
spans over 20 years, and what keeps me
motivated is seeing people thrive in roles
they’re passionate about. There’s nothing
quite like the moment when the right
person meets the right opportunity—it’s
why I do what I do.
I’ve always believed in a people-first
approach. Whether I’m working with
small businesses or large organisations ,
my goal is to listen, understand, and
deliver exactly what’s needed.
Recruitment isn’t just about filling jobs;
it’s about building relationships that
make a difference.
When I’m not busy connecting talent
with opportunities, I enjoy working with
young people on their next big
adventure. I’m also a Crystal Palace
fan—some might say that’s where my
resilience comes from! Add a bit of
classic UK garage music, and I’m in my
element.
Adam Pulley
I’m the Sales manager at Fusion
Staffing. I’ve spent almost a
decade specialising in education
recruitment, helping primary
schools and SEN departments find
the talented professionals
they need.
What drives me is knowing that
my work supports not just schools
but the children whose lives are
shaped by great educators.
I’m passionate about building
strong relationships, and I pride
myself on going above and
beyond for both schools and
educators alike. I don’t believe in a
‘one-size-fits-all’ approach—every
educator and every school is
unique.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find
me either teeing off at the golf
course or cheering on Millwall at
The Den.
