Outside of work, Alan is an Explorer Scout leader, a loyal Crystal Palace fan, and a big fan of UK garage music.

Adam has nearly a decade of experience in education recruitment, specialising in supporting primary schools and SEN departments.
He is passionate about connecting schools with the right professionals and takes pride in building strong, tailored relationships with both clients and candidates.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys playing golf and is a dedicated Millwall supporter.

Charlie Abrehart
Charlie has 7 years of experience in education recruitment, supporting secondary schools and education professionals across regions from Kent to Nottingham. He values honesty, transparency, and building strong relationships, always aiming to create the right match for both clients and candidates.
Outside of work, Charlie is a keen footballer, a QPR supporter, and enjoys playing golf.

Ben brings four years of experience in education recruitment, supporting primary and SEN schools, as well as education professionals, across South London.
He takes a thorough, detail-oriented approach to ensure he meets the needs of both clients and candidates effectively.
Outside of work, Ben is a dedicated Crystal Palace fan and can often be found at Selhurst Park or following the team wherever they’re playing that week.
