Cover Supervisor – Day-to-Day Supply
Secondary Schools | SW London & Surrey
We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Cover Supervisors to work on a day-to-day supply basis across secondary schools in SW London and Surrey. The schools we support are well-organised, welcoming and supportive, with pupils who are generally engaged and facilities that enable smooth and effective cover.
This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, confident in the classroom, and happy to accept early morning and last-minute bookings.
Role Responsibilities
Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
Ensure students remain on task and follow school policies
Provide feedback to the school at the end of the day
Essential Requirements
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (mandatory)
Strong behaviour management skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new schools and environments
Willingness to accept early morning calls (from 7am)
Availability for daily and last-minute bookings
Previous experience working in a secondary school setting
