Cover Supervisor - Haringey
Fusion Staffing is looking for a Cover Supervisor for a secondary school in Haringey. This full time opportunity is ideal for someone who wants a rewarding school role with supportive leadership, clear expectations and the chance to make a genuine difference from day one.
In this role, you will be working with secondary-aged pupils and helping them stay engaged, confident and ready to learn. The school is looking for someone reliable, proactive and professional who can settle quickly into school life and contribute positively to pupils, staff and the wider learning environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
- Keep pupils focused, safe and on task throughout the lesson.
- Manage classroom behaviour using school systems and clear expectations.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each cover session.
Ideal candidate:
You will be confident leading a classroom, following lesson plans and maintaining a calm, purposeful atmosphere. You should be available for full time work, bring a positive attitude and understand the importance of safeguarding, consistency and professional communication in school.

- Pay: £170 - £260 per day
