Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Daily Supply - Croydon
Fusion Staffing is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our team on a daily supply basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified childcare professionals who enjoy flexibility and variety in their work.
The Role:
You will be supporting nurseries and early years settings on a day-to-day basis, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. Each day may bring a new setting, allowing you to build experience across a range of nurseries.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in line with EYFS
Support children’s development through play-based activities
Ensure a safe and stimulating environment at all times
Work effectively as part of a team and adapt to different settings
Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience working in nurseries or early years settings
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
