Are you an experienced and passionate EYFS Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in an inspiring and nurturing school community?
A welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Claygate is seeking a dedicated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children’s early learning, development, and wellbeing within a stimulating and caring environment.
About the Role:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative EYFS learning experiences.
Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups to help all children reach their full potential.
Contribute to planning, observations, and assessments in line with the EYFS framework.
Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
Work collaboratively as part of a committed and supportive team.
About You:
Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Have a proven track record of working successfully within an EYFS setting.
Be confident in supporting all areas of early development, including communication, literacy, and numeracy.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
Be reliable, enthusiastic, and proactive in approach.
Live locally to Claygate or within easy commuting distance.
