SEN TA - London
Fusion Staffing is building strong local talent pools for SEN TA opportunities in London. This listing is designed for candidates interested in future primary school roles, long-term placements and similar vacancies across London.
In this role, you will be supporting pupils who may have additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH or communication and interaction needs. Key responsibilities:
- Support pupils in class, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis where required.
- Help pupils access learning, stay focused and build confidence.
- Work alongside the class teacher to prepare resources and adapt activities.
- Promote positive behaviour, independence and inclusion throughout the day.
Ideal candidate:
You will ideally have experience supporting pupils with additional needs in a UK school setting, with a calm, consistent and patient approach. You should be available for contract work, bring a positive attitude and understand the importance of safeguarding, consistency and professional communication in school.
