Site Supervisor - Croydon
Fusion Staffing is looking for a Site Supervisor for a education school in Croydon. This long term opportunity is ideal for someone who wants a rewarding school role with supportive leadership, clear expectations and the chance to make a genuine difference from day one.
In this role, you will be working with secondary-aged pupils and helping them stay engaged, confident and ready to learn. The school is looking for someone reliable, proactive and professional who can settle quickly into school life and contribute positively to pupils, staff and the wider learning environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Support pupils in class, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis where required.
- Help pupils access learning, stay focused and build confidence.
- Work alongside the class teacher to prepare resources and adapt activities.
- Promote positive behaviour, independence and inclusion throughout the day.
Ideal candidate:
You will have experience working with children or young people, good communication skills and a genuine interest in education. You should be available for long term work, bring a positive attitude and understand the importance of safeguarding, consistency and professional communication in school.
