Maths Teacher – Secondary School, Addlestone
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in Addlestone. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher with a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and raising attainment across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

The Role
As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to a range of abilities. You will teach across KS3 and KS4, ensuring students are supported and challenged to achieve strong outcomes. You will play a key role in tracking and monitoring student progress, using data effectively to inform teaching and intervention strategies.
You will also contribute to the wider school community, working collaboratively with colleagues to develop schemes of work, share best practice, and support whole-school initiatives. A commitment to maintaining high expectations for behaviour and fostering a positive classroom environment is essential.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a teacher who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has a proven track record of raising attainment in secondary Maths
Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics
Is skilled in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Has excellent classroom management and communication skills
Is committed to continuous professional development
Works effectively as part of a team and contributes to a positive school culture
